The guidelines are either 4 years, 40 pounds or if their shoulders are higher than the highest strap. She's almost 4 and weighs 35 pounds but her legs are so long that her current seat makes her legs hurt. She spends a lot of time with her feet on the back of the passenger seat to give the back of her knees a rest. And her shoulders are about 2" shy of that top buckle. She's a tad bit early but the booster fits her well. I'm nervous because it's a new seat to her. And I was nervous when she switched from the child carrier that snapped in to the seat. I remember when she barely fit in it *sniffle*

What are the guidelines for the booster? A is getting pretty big, but her pediatrician said to keep her in the harness type as long as we can.
"I not touching you....."
