Kiernan Carver: Playwright

Kiernan wrote his first play last night. I don't know what brought it on but he suddenly sat on the couch with his notebook and started writing. He wrote a script for both Lexy and I and handed them out. What we didn't realize was that the script would then morph into a second play.
First play:
(Lexy is wrapped up in my Yoga Mat and meowing like a kitty)
Lexy: Meow...Meow...Meow (Kiernan was very specific that she count to three; one for each dot)
*mommy unwraps the yoga mat*
Mommy: Aww, poor kitty. Let me take you home. Come on kitty!
Lexy: Meow...Meow...Meow...Meow

THE END!

Second Play:
(Lexy is wrapped up in the Yoga Mat again, but this time like a bed and blanket)
Mommy: Princess Alexia, wake up! I have a surprise for you. I've found you a prince!
*Lexy wakes up to see a prince that Kiernan has created out of blankets, two balls, a helmet from his Halloween costume this year and a pair of goggles*
Lexy: I'm coming! You're cute! Are you going to marry me?

THE END!

But at the end of the second play Kiernan went a little off-script and started jumping around. Then they both started jumping around and it became something completely different. We filmed it but it's rather long. I'll see what we wound up with and post it.

The 4's class has been working hard on their class robot and it made quite the impression on Lexy:

Every so often we play this little game where he pulls the Lemon juice concentrate from the fridge and dares me to dare him to drink it. The dare usually doesn't work but this time it did. I like to call this set, "Sucking my face inside out." It kind of reminds me of when my brother used to eat Baker's Chocolate.
